Meg P. Reid Founder / Managing Partner
Long before growing corners of the globe from Paris to Portugal, Brazil to Barcelona as a developer of business vision, Meg studied Architecture and Environmental Design. She began her career with a privately held company with eighteen destinations; ten years later, it had become a REIT with 68 properties, before selling for $12 billion.
She subsequently embarked on a career growing destination businesses – from Cartier to Dunhill, vineyards to destination clubs, bistros to furnishings, fife-star resorts to startup concepts – bringing her signature approach to their initiatives. A former world-class figure skater, Meg brings concept to reality by blending grace, integrity, and the principles of design discipline to every endeavour she touches, with an uncontrived sense of purpose and a rare commitment to excellence.
Kristina White Head of Business Development
Tina’s global background drives her tenacity in business acumen from landscape, buildings, and environments, to the care-filled casting and training of people who maintain and manage each aspect of a business and its brand values. She specialises in sourcing, design, and construction of bespoke projects, guiding company culture into better positions and increased bottom lines. As an accomplished horse-woman, her deep understanding of business complexities informs an approach that allows Tina to seamlessly blend functionality with beauty in every aspect of her work as a respected, versatile industry professional. Known for consistently delivering exceptional results with precision and creativity, her unusual breadth of skillsets brings refreshing clarity to 2M’s client base.
Kori Koskie Head of Communications / Integrated Planning
As a detail-driven planner and project manager, Kori has overseen people, product development, experiences and destinations for 25 years. Her attention to detail matched by a calm demeanour, is intrinsically part of making the end goal achievable for our clients. As the former asset manager and director of an international private membership club, she managed the concept and analysis, the lexicon and company culture in planning through launching its global collection of unique properties, their staffs, members and media communities, surpassing the revenue goal of $42.5m in under two years. From press and investor relations to sourcing and production, through staffing and consumer relations, Kori makes multi-level skills appear easy while scaling a broad range of business industries.
Jordan Mordaunt Head of Digital & Ai Solutions
At the core of a thoughtful, calm demeanour, resides Jordan Mordaunt’s skilled listening and disciplined technical expertise. He produces complete technology ecosystems, combining full stack development, rapid MVP prototyping, web design, and IT infrastructure. From ERP systems and dispatch platforms, to training management and SEO-first websites, Jordan’s practical, scalable, and compliant solutions are tailored to operational and commercial needs. He bridges software development and hardware expertise with ease — designing and deploying full technology stacks from bespoke web applications to server hardware setups, networking to infrastructure. Experienced in delivering secure, scalable, and compliance-driven solutions, Jordan carries details and discipline from concept through to implementation, training, logistics, and Ai solutions within a spectrum of business sizes and industries
Sandra Roca Head of Events and Experiences
Sandra is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of international experience, specialising in developing and managing the intricacies of event planning, hotel and restaurant management, guest relations, and training. Her beliefs embrace the power of hospitality in creating connections that enrich lives and establish brand culture to build market strength. She has held diverse leadership roles in multiple countries, from the launch and growth of a private restaurant group in Brazil, to asset manager for an investment group based in Barcelona. Sandra five languages fluently, and holds a degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Johnson and Wales University, U.S., and an Executive MBA in ESADE (Barcelona/Madrid)..
Michaela Corrie Artist/Designer
Whilst Michaela’s love of drawing started in school, creativity was already in her blood,, evolving from childhood through today’s digital technologies and requisite applications for client products and communications materials. Michaela’s first job out of school was at her uncle’s printing firm, maximising her skills through industry standard software, reinterpreting design into print and manufacturing. She later launched her own graphic design business, working for prestigious clients from The National Trust to leading brew and pub businesses. Her graphic design skills are governed by key principles of form and function, offering an informed approach to design, colour, texture and technique that results in creative excellence via meticulous precision in building exceptional brand imagery.
Annabel Moeller Image Management
Annabel brings a keen eye and and sense of style to 2M’s clients worldwide, from portraits to réportage, still life to environments, events and products through a unique expertise that is key in how we grow their business. Inspired by the pioneers of photo-journalism, Annabel travels the most obscure, most populated, most war-ravaged places on the planet. Her images capture the essences of extraordinary people and the lives they lead, from prime ministers to rock stars to prima ballerinas. She has captured the English National Ballet backstage, on stage, and performing at Versailles. She snatched moments at the crest of Australia’s waves, and at Sydney’s Olympic games. Her one-woman show at the Royal Albert Hall, featured portraits of moments and times of the good and the great,whilst supporting the work of the Lee Miller archives that launched Kate Winslet’s LEE movie in 2024.
